Dear Parent or Guardian, Welcome to the Elite Hoop Group (EHG) Basketball Program! This packet includes all the forms and information needed to participate in any and/or all Elite Hoop Group basketball program. Please take the time needed to review the information in this packet. All information must be turned in to Elite Hoop Group (EHG) before the player can participate. Only one packet per player per year needs to be completed regardless of how many programs the players participates in. All players are required to have medical insurance. If you do not have insurance, please contact Elite Hoop Group (EHG). Students must maintain a commitment to both academics and the program. At Elite Hoop Group (EHG), we believe sports are an integral part of a quality educational experience for students. The Elite Hoop Group basketball programs are funded through athlete participation fees, fundraising events, and local and corporate sponsors and donations.
